The roof is 80mm insulated Kingspan composite steel cladding with rooflights and a U value of 0.25 (W/m2k). The walls are 60mm insulated Kingspan composite steel cladding with a U value of 0.30 (W/m2k). Modern, tested, efficient materials that fully comply with the Building Regulations noting especially, fire safety, noise resistance, heating efficiency because of wall, roof and slab insulation and compliance with emissions.
