With 5 slopes it is one of the biggest ski centres in Slovakia. Also the High and Low Tatras are within 1 hour drive, so there is a possibility to spend every day in a different ski centre. Slovak Paradise ski apartments are situated in the town of Mlynky, very popular among Hungarian and Polish tourists. The area is accessible by road, train and an air connection (the Poprad Airport and the Kosice Airport are just a short drive away, both with international traffic).

This particular part of the Slovak Paradise national park, Mlynky, which thanks to its uniqueness of the area, was declared the first national park in Slovakia. This fact indicates the great potential of the region with respect to summer activities as well as winter. The settings are ideal for summer tourism, cycle-tourism, and water sports. In addition to that, the village of Dedinky is a part of the so-called Gothic trail. Whether you decide to follow the tracks of history, natural beauties, or prefer sport relaxation, Slovak Paradise offers a vast number of alternatives. Just 1 km from the Slovak Paradise Apartments is the Hnilec water reservoir offering the possibilities of renting a boat, swimming, pedelos surfing or fishing.
With no exaggeration it is one of the most beautiful parts of Slovakia, very popular among tourists from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and the Ukraine.

The National Park "Slovensky Raj" is situated in the eastern part of Slovakia. In 1964 it was proclaimed the Protected Landscape Area and in 1988 recategorised by the government imposition to be the National Park. The park covers the area of 19763 ha (197,63 km2) and the protected zone 13 011 ha (130,11 km2).
Originally, the whole region of the National park was a large territory, later divided by the rivers ( Hornád, Hnilec) and the creeks ( Velký Sokol-Big Falcon, Suchá Belá-Dry Belá, Biely potok-White Creek) into several bigger and smaller plateaux ( Glac, Geravy). During the thousands of years the creeks formed gorges with waterfalls ( Kysel, Piecky, Sokolia dolina-Falcon Valley, Zejmarská roklina- Zejmarská Gorge), that are typical for the Slovak Paradise.
On the plateaux, there you can find a large spectrum of karst formations – esp. sinks, underground caves and holes ( Dobšinská ladová jaskyna-Dobšinská Ice Cave, Stratenská jaskyna-Stratenská Cave, Medvedia jaskyna-Bear Cave, Certova diera-Devil´s Hole).
Close to the National park, there are villages with interesting historical relics ( Spišská Nová Ves, Markušovce, Spišský štvrtok) and tourist centres ( Cingov, Kláštorisko, Podlesok, Dedinky) with accommodation capacities. From these settlements you can start the whole day hikes even to the far surroundings ( Levo??a, Vysoké Tatry-High Tatras, Low Tatras, Pieniny, Spišský hrad-Spiš Castle, Plejsy, St.Jacob Church).

Although these particulars are thought to be materially correct their accuracy cannot be guaranteed and they do not form part of any contract.
