Passed on appeal under reference number APP/U1105/A/02/1102895 dated 3rd June 2003, after an initial rejection under application number 7/86/02/P0193/00193 dated 24th January 2002, Barn Bungalow was passed subject to the following conditions: a) The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this decision; and b) Development shall not begin until drainage works (including both foul and surface water) have been carried out in accordance with details to be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

DIRECTIONAL NOTE
The property is accessed from a gravel driveway, itself accessed from a lay-by off the A3052, just to the West of Colyford and to the North of Seaton, at the bottom of Harepath Hill, on the left as one descends the hill. The gravelled access is to the rear of Harepath Farm and continues to a substantial gravelled area. The access then continues past the agricultural building though requires installing. A pedrestrian access, which is more appropriate for viewings, is from the layby, and is clearly indentified by the For Sale sign.
