Payment Terms
Purchasing a property through Buy Portugal is easy and secure. You put down a €3,000 (£2,400) reservation fee to take your chosen property off sale. This can be done before or after a Preview Trip (if you choose to visit the area).
A deposit of 20% (minus the reservation fee) is then payable. When your property is completed the remaining 80% of the purchase price is payable. The balance of monies can either be paid in cash or via a mortgage.
